Find a block where you can RETAIN the existing house and build one or two at the rear or side(if a corner block) go to an area where the Victorian Council is development friendly and will issue a permit fast. If not check to see what the future zoning will be (Whitehorse is yet to have their zoning approved by the Minister) If its GRZ then that&#8217;s good. If NRZ you will be restricted to two units.
