Not just for immediate jobs and power generation, but for tourism as well. It&#8217;s ~50km from Kingaroy, and will apparently produce a couple of hundred jobs for the area during construction.</p>

At time of writing, they have 30 houses for sale, and 7 of those are under contract. Only one of those still not under contract has a price under $400,000. Supply and demand&#8230; Looks like a solid area with rental demand. </p>
