Thanks Omega Can you negitively gear within the trust? How would it work with claiming depreciation and interest as the property is brand new and tax claims contribute significantly @ 38cents in the dollar which is my marginal rate.

Mr 501Thanks, I probably wont be buying and selling in the same time frame.It could be 3 to 4 months between selling and buying the new PPOR.
