I can highly recommend Steve’s ad package – so can a friend of mine. I used it to write an ad for her rental property over here in the UK. My only comment would be that I think the left hand side of the site is a bit ‘dingy’. The text is small and hard to read on the dull green background. This is your primary nav bar and should be clearer, IMHO.
