I strongly recommended getting in touch with a mortgage broker you fill comfortable with and don&#8217;t waste time or damage your credit score more by hitting banks.</p>

<p>The way I made some coin was by buying the property under market value. </p>
<p>The renovations helped me attract more buyers but still money was made from buying undervale.</p>

<p>Coburg is a growing area and the rental demand is high. </p>
<p>Since you have a bit if time up your hands, why not look at what&#8217;s the best way to structure your future investments know. </p>

This year has gone super quick, we all had goals at the start of the year, how has every one progressed so far? </p>
