I would look at getting advice from a lawyer and an accountant and also look at working with a mortgage broker to see what your options are

I would look or even touch Melton to invest. Capital growth is limited due to too many house land packages available.

Coburg is a growing area and the rental demand is high.

Since you have a bit if time up your hands, why not look at what’s the best way to structure your future investments know.

1) council web page may provide up comming developments
2) abs web site
3) Google there is heaps of info out there, some news helpful and some misleading.
4) call the council – you will be surprised hoe much info you can get.

Good question, I like to look at about 15 years abs has some good stuff.
It’s always good to look at the past but concentrate at looking into the future. Looks at things like any new amenities being built in the area, average sale price, rental market.
