We have a cashflow positive duplex in Wickham which we are selling, and I would like to offer it for private sale through them.<br />

<p>No, we shouldn&#8217;t need to get the new property mortgage insured.</p>
<p>My new job is a six month contract, so while there&#8217;s no probationary period, there&#8217;s no real gaurantee of continuity after that.</p>
