Also how does CGT work if say for e.g. we owned the property for 10 years and say for the first 5 years we were collecting rent from the business?</p>

I suppose if they are still undischarged you have to wait 5 years from when they are discharged for it to be off there record. How have you found it getting finance for people that are discharged to finace&nbsp;them out of your properties?
