									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Does anyone know of a software package that contains up to date maps down to suberb or street level on which you can place notes or links to other files.</p>
<p>What I would like to be able to do is place markers on the areas that I have found properties and include links to excel spreadsheets that contain the details and figures of them.</p>

<p>I had a Uni student renting a room who wanted receipts to prove his rental expense. Therefore I had to declare the income.</p>
<p>At the same time I had a Self employed Carpenter in the other room who was paying cash, so I didn&#8217;t bother declaring that portion.</p>

<p>I bought a spec home that had not yet been completed. The builder promised to do various things ie. landscaping, fencing and other finishes.</p>
<p>I had him sign a list of these items and included it in the contract and I had no problems at settlement.</p>

<p>Used in conjunction with an offset account it also provides an interest saving on your loans.</p>

<p>But if you had many properties this could cause cash flow issues. Especially if they were due around the same time.</p>
