<p>Very late to respond, but figured other people will read it.</p>
<p>It is best for the Broker to have Exclusive Rights, if there are multiple Brokers working on the same sale then there is less security for them and less justification to work to sell the property.</p>

You may be right. My current strategy was to purchase CF+ IPs but that does limit me in buying more IPs to build my portfolio. </p>
