<p>I am torn between the North West facing apartment, which would be filled with lots of sunlight (which I love) and the East facing apartment which has water views (better value) but would lose the sun in the afternoon. </p>

<p>The financial planners website states that they are members of the FPA and are CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERS who operate under a licence granted by a Wealth Management company which I wont name.</p>
