<p>A couple of points I picked up on from the class were well and truly worth the the ticket price.</p>

<p>The rate are about $100.00 per quarter less than Brisbane. No doubt there will be an increase as I recently recieved the new Natural Resources valuation and the land value has increased by 345%. <p>Wallpaper has a water based glue so to disolve it quickly you need something hot and wet. You can not use a heat gun on it because it just burns the paper and will not moisten the glue.</p>

<p>I think any incentive is a good idea, however, I believe that if you get to know what motivates your tennants and design an incentive to suit, you will really reap the rewards.</p>
<p>I guess it&#8217;s easier to do when you only have a handfull, but I have gained some great insights on mine, just by chatting to them.</p>
