<p>I think the trick is to choose your tenants carefully, do a complete inspection with photos and make sure the furniture actually looks nice so that they do respect it.</p>
<p>An additional $40 a week makes me smile all the way to the bank!</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span>I use Quickbooks Pro .. and separate each property by Class &#8211; at the press of a button I have a P &amp; L on each property, complete with charts and comparisons, as well as an overall P &amp; L + Balance Sheet for everything I own.</p>
<p>Makes life so simple as it can be done as I reconcile bank statements.  Tooo easy!!</span></p>

<p>A shortage of available land, expensive construction costs and land ownership issues ensure housing prices maintain their levels.</p>
<p>It seems to me that if you do your homework you can&#8217;t go wrong in Alice.  [8D]</p>

Mt Morgan is about 20 minutes west of Rockhampton.  An old gold mining town which apparently is being reconsidered once again to reopening the old gold mine.</p>
