I&#8217;m in WA and have a large block but it is zoned R20 (single title only) and just falls short of what is required for a subdivision.</p>

And if that interest pushes you over into a higher tax bracket then you end up paying even more so we do need tax concessions on savings accounts.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s in the Perth suburb of Dianella.  It&#8217;s not near the train service but it does have bus services and is close to schools and has three shoppings centres close by &#8211; Dianella, Mirrabooka and the Galleria (Morley).</p>
<p>The area around the Mirrabooka shopping centre is going to be revitalised.</p>
