<p>Sell his &lt;edited&gt; and recoupe what you can.  If he signed a personal guarantee then you go after him for the money.</p>

<p>YOu will lose your pension if you make too much money.</p>
<p>I am sure it was hard work to get on the pension and have access too 200k.</p>
<p>My advice, get a good financial planner and accountant, one that can hide assets if you do want to grow your portfolio.</p>

<p>There are many reasons you can use and you will get a lot of knows, and some yes&#8217;s.</p>
<p>I find that you can&#8217;t bargain on price the longer you want the settlement so that is the only downside to it.</p>

<p>For example, mine told me on my third visit that they are starting too sell the reserves in the area to raise funds, reduce risk of litigation and all go to auction.</p>

<p>If you say hey we will do it all for you, pay all costs and then I take a cut of profit, you will find everyone thinks their 300m2 is worth 1mill, so you will never make a profit.</p>
