Name of property manager is Julie &#8211; excellent service and really llok after your property &#8211; they even do inspections. They take 7.5%. 07 5577 1088. We have 1 IP on the Gold Coast and 1 in the Hinterland of the Gold Coast &#8211; both aer 7.5% &#8211; one charges 0 for advertising, postage petties etc &#8211; a flat 7.5%. The other charges 7.5% + advertising,postage, GST etc. We believe that it seems to depend on your negotiation skills and of course the # of IPs u have. I spent 3 weeks on the gold coast in July looking, walking, talking, reading etc &#8211; I reckon I know every re agent by their 1st name on the northern side of the coast. My advise &#8211; forget it. We bought there 15 months ago and that place has gone up 50% in that time. I agree with picja &#8211; don&#8217;t waste your time there &#8211; look for new ground.</p>

I know of a house on the Qld Gold Coast  &#8211; on a slab of concrete and riddled with termites. Thank God I did a pest report. Talking to the pest inspector, he said the little buggers have been known to go thru concrete slabs ! He did say that it was certain types of concrete mix. Does that mean u should get a concrete mix check as well ? Scary stuff.</p>

I know a lady who has purchased about 6 properties thru them and she thinks it&#8217;s great. From what I have heard tho, I would be a trifle wary. They send u a form to fill out with an optional building insurance as well. Hope this helps. I have a Brisbane # 07 3223 7400.<br />
