I heard a lot of larger building companies (Henley homes etc) will only build on sub-divided land.&nbsp;<br />

if I built them joining I would do it so as least 2 have their garages in between all the living areas&nbsp;<br />
maybe with the 3rd could give them slightly more space if plans allow it &nbsp;<br />
might need to go double story but resale might not allow much profit it this area&nbsp;<br />
