<p>I have permanent employment (or whatever that measn in today&#8217;s world !) with the Governement of Canada.</p>
<p>I also have a preapproved loan from NAB for a decent amount.I also have a very close friend who is prepared to be a co-owner for investment purposes.</p>

<p>In my experience too, it is similar.With Real Estate Agents, there are good and fast responses until they seem to find out sooner or later that you are several thousand miles away, and somehow the interest seems to drop !</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t blame them, they just are too busy with their clients that are close by.</p>
