Brad B claimed in Court (against Agnish) that Jacqueline Herps was the guarantor of the loans and she had $38.0M of asset to guarantee. Mrs Herps was bankrupted what happened where did the money go. We have figured out that none of the property developer with her and Ryan Strauss her nephew were ever going to be done. Our money was used by them for waste. Brad B has played us for to long. Other thing is Andrew Kavanagh is mortgagee who will take all equity leaving nothing for lender.
