    hi everyone,

I resigned from my job in august and am currently chasing my bonus payment. The company pays performacne bonus’ for 6 month periods. I earnt one for the period of Jan-June 04. However because I wasnt with the company in September when they were paid, I received no bonus, despite the fact that I had contributed as much as anyone in the company. I have been trying to chase this and it turns out company policy is that if you arent emmloyed with the company when it is paid I dont receive it. Im not that worried about it, but I still want it. Any ideas anyone?

g’day moose – why didnt you hang around and then leave after you received your payment.

nevertheless – depending on your contract, you should still get your bonus if you have reached all the criteria for which a bonus is given. Do you have KPI’s and have you achieved them – and is the bonus written into the contract?? if so then you should go see your lawyer….

    Hi
It can be a sad situation.
The same happened to me some years ago. I was woking two jobs and gave up the one in Question for more rewarding night job.
After quite an ordeal(which I have ever since wondered the worth for effort) I received part of what I was due, About one quarter.
Sometimes, though hard to see in the here and now, it is best to tip your hat and walk away.
