    Hi there,

    Its an impossible rule but here it is:

    your proposed rental income weekly
    divided by 2
    multiplied by 1000
    Your house should cost close to this final amount.

    Tell me what you think about this by the way! I cant find one property that matches this.

    be careful – it’s only a guide.

    if the property doesn’t meet the this ’11 second rule’ it could still be an excellent purchase. Do more research.

    i’ve found heaps of them!
    only recently i found about six properties fitting the rule in about 10 minutes of hitting the town.
    if you cant find them, then look else where.
    dont rely on the internet, most of these deals arent advertised.

    i live in canberra, but thats not the point. these properties were in SA. i couldnt find anything decent here at the time, so i phsyically looked further afield.
    deals are around everyday, its just a matter of knowing what to look for.

    Im hearing you shaun, that’s exactly what we are up to next week. Looking for opportunities that exist. Only looking at this stage due to the environment and money considerations. But the time will come in the foreseeable future, to buy.

    It’s not hard to find 11 seconds rule property on the net. Just need to look a bit hard ( may be not that hard for me)
