Has anyone use property buyer for Positive Income property? Any recommendation ? Is it worthwhile to use their service?
I am in the process of buying my first investment property through a buyers agent who looks to source positive cash flow properties.
The first property was positive by about 100pm in a postcode that experiance around 30% capital growth in the last 12 months.
I believe it is worth the cash as i currently am working and don’t have the time or knowledge to fund a +cash flow IP

Even though you might pay what will seem a large fee for a buyers agent they egenrally do all the research and handling the whole process with you.
