It well worth the money. Extremely good value in my opinion. The property analysis template is very clear. How the figures are calculated and well explained on the template. It would be useful in a proposal for finance since the loans officer could see that all their criteria are met in the list of expenses. How to do proper tenant selection and a form that makes it easy to see if the tenant is a good tenant or a potential problem. The offer document is clear and simple and has a section that can be filed so you can keep track of a certain area you may have been working. The offer document had subject to clauses to tick off for whichever you think you may need to use. Its only 100 bucks for what you get you cant loose. Even if you’ve made your own templates its worth getting. The templates are very clear anybody can understand them. They can be given to real estate agents to fill your criteria selection for properties and tenants so you can leverage your time. Also great preliminary building inspection checklist to use, to see if you need to pay for a full building report. All in all I am pleased with it.
