    Hi ALL

My brother in law (22) recently had his Offer accepted on his first property.3 x 1 PPOR

The property was for sale for $210 -220 13km from CBD in Perth, he offered $170K they countered $190K, he said $170K is All i have ( he’s right, he’s a student and that WAS his limit ), They Accepted [biggrin] Gotta be happy with that result..

    A saving of approx $45K

    Hi Redwing

that’s a great story you just never know what can happen if you go in low, 99.9% go no where, but rarely you get a winner. What a great start for him !!!
