    [:(]I just accepted a redundancy package from employer and not veru keen to look for a job since im in the process of thinking what i could possibly do with the money i have now .just bought the book of steve and so encourage with his idea and wondered if i could start property investing.since my husband is the only working now ,just settled our very first property in Gold Coast with 20,000 equity ;our house 90000 equity can any bank will finance another property with our situation .any idea/input will be of help.God bless.

    Kaye,

    As long as all the incomes stack up there is no reason why you wouldn’t get a loan for another property.

    Ask a lender or a broker to run some figures for you.

    We would need info on debts, savings, property values, loan sizes, credit card limits etc.
