    Apart from the “buying sight unseen” issues..is there any other traps you can fall in to buying overseas?

    Id like to look at buying rental properties in the US, UK and Canada and the possibilities of it :) Any feed back would be appreciated

    I would immagine you would need to seek taxation advice from your accountant. Not having done it myself I am not sure of the issues here – however I imagine there would be!
