Does anyone have a tried and true strategy/system for picking up properties interstate. It seems that it would need more than one trip to attend to inspections and establishing contact with agents, financiers and conveyancers etc.

If you would or read some of the previous postings today you would of seen this one. A property Broker, they specialise in locating renovators and investment properties for their clients. [:(!]

    Hi Gocats
cannot help with the previous posts
    but
you should be able to do it in one trip, this one to insect the property.
the rest can be done by phone, fax, mail, email no problems.
the selection is the only trip needed. actually a lot of people buy unseen, then pay others builders etc to report on the condition. i prefer to see but this is not always possible. you could negotiate the price subject to builders inspection (or whatever condition you want) then check it out youself
    regards westan
