    Hi guys,
    Can you give me an idea of what head charges or capital cost might be expected per unit in developments. These would be less than 5 units but typically 2 units per 1000 sq m.
    Would 5% to 10% of actual unit building cost cover it, or do I need to consider other factors like title, strata, etc.

    im not an expert but im building 3 townhouse at the moment. Some where along i heard somthing about 7%. but dont count on that i think its best to put extra just in case. more is better than less.
