    Hi
I am looking to offer a free pair of hard working hands to any Sydney area renovators, so as to gain experience before taking the plunge myself. After reading through the great forum here I am very keen to get started. Anyone interested in some help for a bit of mentoring then contact me on [email protected].

    Cheers
    Ian

    Hi Joner,

    GOOD ON YOU !!

I wish you were in Melbourne.

Perhaps you could email Geoff Doidge & Paul Eslick. Start at the top, then work down!

    Good luck,

    Del

    Hey Del,

Maybe you can arrange Joner’s flights and accomodation so he can give you a hand? [;)]

    Hi Joner,

I am going to be settling on a unit in Neutral Bay in about 6 weeks, and I will be painting, putting in a new bathroom and kitchen and recarpeting.

I don’t know that I have much expertise to offer, I just get in there and do it.

If you want to email me on [email protected] and we can maybe get together and chat about it

If you are serious about this, I am really interested in an extra pair of hands.

    Hi!

Is this guy for real??? [:O] Sydney isn’t far. For the $200 it costs to fly you down to Melbourne, I’d give you work anyday… I’ll introduce you to my hubby..he’s a perfectionist when it comes to renovating, but he does it old school, so it lasts…and lasts…and lasts… [:0)]
    I also have a spare room with ensuite… [;)]

    Cheers

    Joner,

I’m looking REALLY HARD for another property.
If I can find one, you’re on!!

The flight will be on me.

We do our renovating, long days over short period of time. It is so satisfying when it’s done though, it’s almost payment enough for the boost to your confidence and the motivation it gives you to do it again, I reckon.

I even love mowing lawns at home because of the before and after feeling!![:I]

    Good luck,
    Del

    Hi All
Thanks for the quick responses and the encouragement. whj I will email you to meet up soon, as I only live up the road at Dee Why. I would certainly be interested in gaining some experience in renovating and IP for some time and sweat helping out.
The guys in Melbourne, the offers were great. I was looking at Sydney because of having the dreaded JOB and would only have evenings and weekends but would be open to offers.

    Thanks All
