I think Redcliffe is a great spot. There's loads of up and coming potential. It has schools, hospitals and it's right on the water. Prime Minister has even promised to put in a railway which would really bump up the property more. If you look at other properties with similar views you would find that $350k might be pretty cheap.

    Thanks Adrian!

Any other feedback on the area? does it have any problems I should know about before buying there?

What is the purpose of your investment – CF+ve or capital growth – that will make a big difference to where you buy.

    Hi Charles,

Both would be great of course, but at this stage I think most important for me for this particular property is capital growth….

I’m looking at buying a few properties in a few different places as well so that I can have a diverse portfolio, so any advice about areas, types of property or where to find information would be fantastic :)

    TIA
