I currently have a software program in development that deals with property evaluation and managing. As this program is not of commercial quality, when it is completed (around July 2003) it will be available for free. However through the development of this software, testing versions will be available to download. Feedback and any additions you would like to see should be posted so that the best program possible will be created.
If you are interested in testing this program then reply to this post. If interest is generated then i will upload a version as soon as possible.
