    Hi guys,
I’m only new to this web site but it looks very useful indeed. I have read a lot about flipping and other techniques from this site, however I haven’t read anything about buying land, building and then selling at a profit (building a “speccie”). Is this not a profitable wealth creation option? I live on the Sunshine Coast and it appears to be quite popular here, I would love to chat to anyone who has done well in this technique.

    Regards Duane.

    Hi Duane,

I know what you are saying, I feel as if im in the same boat. Here in Kalgoorlie the market is going off with people building and selling, same as Perth.
Most of this forum seems to be dedicated to wraps etc. Great concept and I hope to have the cash soon to see Steve in a seminar, but until then Ill have to keep researching.

There are those that LET it happen, and there are those that MAKE it happen!!

    HI All,

We are Going to build in the coming months (first time building an IP), this is the best way I know to get property at wholesale price.

We may hold on to the home, as it will be positive….

But would like to try and sell it as a house and land package before building.

Has any one out their done this? Seems that you need to have a builders licence to get the banks to pay the progress payments to you or your entity (Being payed first would give us ultimate control over the project).

Other wise the banks will only pay direct to the primary builder.

Stumped….. Will need to be creative? Any ideas

    Ross….

When the student is ready the teacher will appear.
