    Hi there.

I'm looking for someone who can guide me and mentor me on how to become a property developer.

I wouldn't mind working for the knowledge.

I'm not a permanent resident and I don't have enough deposit (20%) to buy a property myself yet
but I would love to get to know the process and the ins and outs of the business.

Also interested in partnering up with someone to develop a property as well. Nothing too major as I'm just
getting into the business but the basic refurbish deal (new kitchen, bathroom, paint, knocking down the odd wall).
Either someone who would take on the development with me or someone who would put in some finance
and be on the contracts while I do all the legwork and … well all the work in general.

    Any takers?

Send me an email to : [email protected]
and we'll take it from there.

    Thanks for your time.

    Christian
