    If you are going to manage you own property, where would you get a copy of a rent agreement for Queensland. Any sources of useful information on property managment would also be useful.

    Should be available from your newsagent or contact the Dept of Fair trading.

    Hi

    Look up the QLD Residential & Tenancies (RTA) website. I just google RTA and it is the 2nd or 3rd one down. You can download the lease agreement and it has a wealth of info for both landlords and tenants.
