    HI Guys,

Can anyone let me know of a reputable co' with a fair price to give me a depreciation scheduale.
Bought in the Frankston South area $320K & this is first investment. Calling a couple of co' has revealed that they want $500.00 + is this the going rate for such little work ?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank's

    Daz

    Hey Daz,

I've used Propell national valuers in the past to value my properties, and through my work..

GENERALLY, the costs are $220.00 per valuation – not sure about depreciation schedules though.  They have an office sydney, might be worth giving them a go, or trying to organise one through your financial institution for you – they will get company discounts that you won't be able to.

    Hope this helps.

Try a quantity surveyor – bmt or any of the others. They are building specialists, valuers are VALUERS.

congratulations on your purchase,  we bought in Franston a couple of years ago and so far its been a good story.

for a quantity surveyor to due the inspection and provide a deprec schedule $500 is about the going rate.  Remember you can claim this as an expense come tax time.   We used CMR Associates  1300 131 658 who provided a professional no fuss service at that time.
