    Hi everyone

Do you ever wonder how everyone else know's about the next boom area before you do?

When you find out about it, don't you wish you had:

    1. real estate agents that understand property investors and who return your calls

    2. access to Town Planners and the General Manager of Council to answer all your questions

    3. a detailed plan on where the opportunities will be in the area now and into the future

    4.  access to developers who are willing to talk you through the development process

    5. local knowledge and a grand tour of the area

Well… your wishes may be granted.  I am currently liaising with a coastal Council that is targetted for growth and is about to release their Development Control Plan.

We are proposing a bus trip and dinner on 17th August that will include all of the above and more.  Any money raised by this once in a lifetime opportunity will be donated to charity.  But here's the catch.  We are limited to approximately 30 people. So if you want to find out where the next boom is BEFORE you read about it in the papers please email me to register your interest.

PS. I have run this past Steve and he is happy for me to be posting on the forum as it will be a win (for you) and a win (for charity).
PPS. For those who are wondering I'm not a real estate agent or a developer – rather a mother of three, part time teacher and investor who is trying to make a difference!

    Thanks Alison,
I've in Victoria, so I'll have to give it a miss this time around. If you do the same thing again in Victoria I'd be interested.

No problem, although I'm very unlikely to organise one in Vic.  We have people coming from Victoria, NSW and WA so far.

I know when a boom is on; real estate agents are so busy they don't return your calls. They don't need you.
You know when their business is quiet; they won't leave you alone.
