Does anyone have the details of a reliable pest and building inspection company in the Brisbane region? I live in NSW and don’t have any Qld contacts.
I do know of a good building inspector who I have used many times over. He does a very thorough inspection, takes lots of photos and emails through the report and photos to you. Handy if you live out of town. I have no relationship with this person other than business. He was recommended to me over 5 years ago and I haven’t used anyone else. His name is Rodney Hall of Alert Home Inspections and his number is 0414 617 967. Good luck.
I cant admit to knowing any local Building Inspectors but if you need an excellent competitively priced Solicitor then you cannot go past Leonnie Dixon at CSM at Beenleigh.

I have no association other than she has acted for me 13 years and I now any of my clients i have referred to her have ever had a problem.
Let her know i recommended you and she will probably put my fees up next time (only kidding).
