Just wondering what opinions people have on Cairns? I live in WA and have been looking at other states for IPs.
Would good to hear from anyone that has IPs over there, or any ‘opinions’ about the place:)

No l’ve noticed there’s allot of wrappers up there , seems to be squeezing things abit . Just an observation really.

There is a lot of growth ahead for Cairns and Townsville as well.
Good H&L packages – watch the Building contracts as they are pretty vague no risk for the builder whatso ever.
Innisfail is not bad either – they are still re-building after the cyclone last year.
