Wondering what people think regional Vic prices might do ?
Some ereas – areas l’m dealing with like around Warrnabool and Coastal Sth off , still seem rediculously dear for where they are .
l couldn’t see how they could hold .
And also the Sunshine Coast , any busy Queenslanders or investors here that know what things are doing up there – or expected to ?
Thanks guys – both effect stuff l’m into right now and over the next 12 mths . Kingdom for a crystal bowl eh .

    Cheers

Warnambool is another of those areas where people with too much income are ‘keeping up with the Jones’. A couple of cashed up people start the ball rolling a few years ago and everyone follows like sheep.
I have been there a few times; nice place, but it is a bloody long way to go for a weekend, it has crap weather and is near nothing. Go figure. Golf course is good though.

    Cheers,
    Marc.

    Thanks LA .
Dunno much about Warrn’ itself , prices seem to be coming down abit lately though . l’ve just seen a few deals lately that look like great potential .
Sth coastal below though and down to Apollo Bay and anywhere inland and back up again , some of the prices their asking !
Fair enough talking The Great Ocean Road coast wise but it is a hell of a long way from Melb ‘ above Apollo and beyond .
Love to konw who is actually getting what if anywhere near what they ask.
    Cheers
