    my 1st post!

    Evening all,

    I have 2 IPs

Currently packaged as 1 loan on 5 year fixed ANZ loan at 6.75 due to expire in Sep. 2008.

We own our PPOR (in my wifes name), and now we have 2 little ones that are growing into 2 BIG ones we need more room and need to move.

We are looking in the 500k range for a new PPOR and hope to not need to sell any IPs or the current PPOR.

Anyone wishing to pass on any loan structure ideas? Do you need to have an idea of income? My wife doesnt work and I’m getting $1900.00 (after fees) a month in rent for both IPs

    cheers

    Hi Pwinne,

Here are some questions that would need to be answered for myself or any broker to talk to you about loan structures

Is the 1900 per month in rent the only income you have?

What are the current loan amounts and property values?

    Is your current PPOR unencumbered?

How much deposit would you be willing to put down for the new PPOR?

    Kind Regards,
