investor/owners willing to vendor finance in WA?

I hope it’s kosher to make this type of post here.

I am hoping to locate an investor/s willing to vendor finance me in WA. I am looking for a lowe-end property – possibly 200-300k. I have a small deposit plus FHOG. I can afford to pay more than a traditional bank will finance me for and am hoping that vendor finance might be the answer.

Willing to consider any offers on rent/buy or full finance

Hi Deb

For your information a provider of Vendor Finance in WA is required to hold a credit license and may have more rigid serviceability terms than standard lenders.

If you want to give us a little more information I might be able to suggest a few traditional lenders who would consider your application.
