Does anyone know of a good accountant in Sydney (preferabley North Shore) who is able to advise on setting up trust funds for investing etc. etc. We plan to sell our two negatively geared properties and use the funds to buy postitive cashflow properties but we want to have a correct structure set up first. Our current accountant is in Tamworth and I would rather have someone I could meet with. Thanks.[blush2]
