    What will you do with site zoned Light Industry, 570 sq. metres, close to CBD Brisbane? There is old Queenslander on it.

    Hi,
    there is an office building nextdoor and option to consolidate is not there. At this stage I’m investigating if I’ll get the property what options are there for development.

    put up a 3 story office complex, giving you 1710 sq m building.
    rent it out for $20/ sq ft
    giving you $342,000 a year
    then find someone who wants 5% return on their money….that will $6.8 mill
    pay back what you own
    after that sit back and enjoy
