    Hi all..

Just wondering what everyone else is doing this weekend?

We’re off to swimming with our 9 month old this morning at the local pool (where i get to sing nursery rythmes I haven’t sung for 30 odd years), then we pick up the paper, peruse the news and RE Section..

back home for the bub’s sleep and then her meal

We have a 1pm appointment to view a property as it’s just come on the agents books (last night) and they haven’t advertised yet..Then we’ll spend some time driving the area, looking at other IP’s..have a picnic lunch with the kids near the parks and lakes there and return home about 3pm..

    Redwing,
sounds like you’ve got a great balance between the investment ‘job’ and the family time. It sounds great to me.

We will hae a quiet one this weekend because we are unable to get out of the house – unless we walk. No too many properties walking distance to see. Although I am planning next weekend to resemble your current weekend![hair2]

Well we just finished our weekend last night. Where I am weekends start on Wednesday night.

We work 7 days a week, so worked all weekend.

Ah, Saturday morning – start of the working week here. This is the worst time of the week for the locals. Sounds great doesn’t it ??

    Cheers,

    Dazzling,
Why don’t you come back and fly ‘Air Bizzare’. You leave on Monday and return on the previous Friday! That way you still have the weekend for yourself!
    Cheers mate,

Ferry one son to hockey, send other son off to an all day frisbee (er, sorry “Ultimate Disc”) competition. Pick up hockey son and friend, take them to a live theatre show. Walk some dogs for a friend. Come home, more son’s friends, help wife cook muffins and Anzacs for the kids. Watch a video with her then put her to bed (still afternoon). Cook dinner, feed kids and wife and settle down to do a bit of financial analysis. Ashes in the background and the Poms are in trouble.

Sunday – early morning run, then play cashflow with younger son in the morning, cook the week’s meals in the afternoon while watching the motor racing and head out for dinner in the evening to celebrate wife’s birthday (a bit ahead of time).

Same ol’ same ol’. And I wouldn’t trade it.

We wound up playing jnr monoply at the end of the day with No 1 son after being out at the parks and playgrounds running around etc..

Liked the IP and the area, we also visited several others as well and ‘cruised the streets’ getting a *feel* for the place..

Kids off to bed I’m doing research and the wife is getting into Soduku..
