<p>Have you looked into a business coach/consultant type of business (Brad Sugar&#8217;s Active International or Icon are two that come to mind).</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t know much about these but the start ups are similar to mortgage choice, however you are dealing with businesses and don&#8217;t need to rely on a thrid party (Bank). <p>I&#8217;m looking at doing my first seminar and Ed Burton&#8217;s looks the goods. What sort of products does he try and peddle at his seminar?</p>
<p>Are there any other seminars/courses/books you would recommend other than Ed&#8217;s. I&#8217;m looking at all types of investments both property and non property.</p>
