But now prices have crashed you can get a fully renovated place for far less than you could buy an older house and renovate it for. And save you a lot of blood, sweat and tears. </p>

When in reality 4 or 5 years on from these posts the markets have now completely collapsed in these places and you can pick up apartments for under 10,000 E from desperate sellers. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I do not know about Romania but in Bulgaria, EU citizens can not buy without a company, as used to be needed, except for some grades of agricultural land. I am not sure if not an EU citizen, I think you might still need a company in Bulgaria. There might be similar restrictions in Romania.</p>
