<p>First time i posted anything, good to see someone responded. Thanks for your input, i agree with the professional part, you have obviously thought about it longer than i had. This may very well work although i&#8217;m just not sure that the southerners are really wanting this type of service, so if any one else has something to say, feel free.</p>

<p>That sounds interesting. Not sure what builders charge in Viccy but sounds a lot more than here unless this price of 200 &#8211; 250 per unit includes land.
