Yes I agree and I believe the whole Queensland market is fueled by property marketing companies selling to mum and dad investors and getting paid 40,000.00 commissions.SEQ is a rental pitt … stupid people should be buying 1 year old properties for 50,000 cheaper … houses are selling for 380k and renting for 300p/wk … go figure …D
