As they will be able to tell you if the planning overlays that apply to your property allow for subdivision. <p>1. Title Search will tell you who owns the property.<br />
2. Council Rates will also tell you &#8211; however not sure if they will give it out with Privacy Laws &#8211; however definetly worth a try.</p>

We also found asking &#8216;how to&#8217; at the tile factory outlet we received great advice and then just did it ourselves. Saved heeps, but don&#8217;t forget to water proof &#8211; that&#8217;s the expensive bit but very easy to do.</p>

<p>We always consider the return based on cash in and cash out. SO how much return on your cash not on the lending!</p>

<p>Three things really motivate us at the moment.</p>
<p>1. To be able to take the kids on holidays every school holiday, not just the stock standard 4 weeks of annual leave!</p>
<p>2. The choice to work or not work.</p>
<p>3. We just love Property &#8211; anything and everything!</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We have always hired from Bunnings both smaller hand sander (for around the edges) and larger unit for the main floorboards. These can be quite easily lifted by my husband and fairly easy to operate. Not hard to do yourself.</p>
