<p>Thanks for your advice, just in the nick of time, I spoke to my lender and am fortunate I asked the question this morning. <p>What do you mean do not Cross the Loans?  The existing loan will stay separate from the new loan; but thank you for highlighting this and I will double check that is the case.</p>

<p>I am seeing my solicitor next week.</p>
<p>The property is in a great area, good growth only 10 years old, near beach but expensive outgoings/body corporate fees.</p>
