<p>I Would think that the price is actually on the market rate and the price you have for Sydney is very cheap.<br />
Panasonic have 3 x models the one you have been quoted for your ip may be the premium model, just saying.<br />

In regards to getting other quotes, I agree with your property manager, at best you may save a few bucks.
